1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or personalized items require 3–5 business days for production.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. The qualifying amount is calculated before tax and after any discounts.

4. Delivery Areas

  • Domestic: we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (extra fees may apply).
  • International: we ship to over 50 countries. Available countries are shown at checkout.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for express/overnight orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL).
  • Tracking information may take 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs office. We are unable to predict or reimburse these costs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.
  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery, but we will help you file a claim.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If we catch a shipping issue before dispatch, we’ll contact you to confirm.

9. Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays outside our control but will assist in tracking and communicating with the carrier.
